New Offices – New Staff
On October 11, we expanded to the space next to our current office, effectively doubling our square footage. Our program continues to grow as we are in the process of adding new staff and expanding our ability to serve even more families. Special thanks go to St. Elizabeth’s in Apex and Numerical Applications in Cary for very generous donations of desks and other office furniture. We also had a great volunteer work crew that helped us clean and set everything up, making for a quick transition.
We also welcome Susan Gilbert to our staff as the new Administrative Associate. Susan takes on the roll of managing the office, handling donor communications, coordinating apartment maintenance, working with volunteers, and providing other support for the staff. She has an undergraduate music degree from East Carolina University and a Masters in Communication from the University of Delaware.
